The FABRE BL-S shoe was first introduced in 1975, as a performance basketball shoe. As the name would suggest, FABRE is a contraction of "fast break", a reference to the remarkable shoe's function. In this new NIPPON MADE version, the label on the tongue is a reproduction from that of the archive style. Likewise, the rubber outsole features a reproduction of the herringbone pattern inspired by the archive model.
